JOI Gaming (part of the JVH Gaming & Entertainment Group) is looking for a full time Casino Operations Specialist (Dutch-speaking) to join our Casino team. You will help drive the Casino operations, quickly recognise opportunities for growth and development and have the skills to effectively execute these. You will have a deep understanding of customer behaviour and motivations and can execute the strategy in a clear, structured way to significantly grow the business and take market share.

As the Casino Operations Specialist, you will report directly to the Casino Operational Manager and will collaborate & coordinate with our other Casino Operations Specialist. You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the JACKS.NL Casino and Live Casino vertical.

Requirements

Your first 30 days:

  • Reviewing our current Casino offering
  • Reviewing, improving, or building processes to meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
  • Assessing the current and future needs for the department and reporting as needed
  • Updating the Casino shop window to enhance competitiveness within the business

What you’ll do afterwards:

  • Maintaining and updating the shop window of the Casino product vertical
  • Building relationship management with 3rd party suppliers
  • Ensuring all aspects of the product are compliant (Promotions, Product, etc.)
  • Monitoring the Casino performance and customer experience of the product vertical
  • Working closely with customer service and acting as third-line support to ensure best practices are standard
  • Assisting in planning campaigns from idea to briefing, coordinating, and post-analyzing KPIs
  • Collaborating with the Casino Manager to drive the product vertical strategy and agreed KPIs
  • Keeping up to date with competitors and ensuring the competitiveness of our product
  • Working with UX, marketing, or other teams to shape the product customer journey
  • Advising on bonuses & event promotions in collaboration with UX, marketing, or other teams
  • Collaborating with 3rd party suppliers or other stakeholders as appropriate

Who we’re looking for:

  • Native Dutch-speaking proficiency is required.
  • An eye for detail and the ability to properly coordinate projects from A-Z
  • Structured, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Relevant market experience
  • (Affinity towards) analytical and reporting skills using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of which ‘levers’ to pull to optimize product performance
