Description

Join us as a Dutch Customer Service Agent at JACKS.NL, where you'll serve as the vital connection between our online casino and Dutch players, guaranteeing exceptional experiences. Don't worry if you lack iGaming experience - we offer thorough training!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via chat, phone, and email in Dutch.
  • Resolve disputes and escalate issues. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to provide first class player experience
  • Assist players with technical troubleshooting
  • Educate players on game rules and features.
  • Stay informed and provide feedback. Keep up-to-date with the latest products, promotions, and regulatory changes in the online gambling industry.

Requirements

  • Native-level fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
  • Able to work on shift basis across weekdays and weekends
  • Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prioritize player satisfaction, showing professionalism and empathy.
  • Thrive as a flexible multitasker, adapting swiftly to a fast-paced environment and work as part of a great team
