Description

JOI Gaming is looking for a full-time Risk and Payments (RP) Specialist (Dutch Speaking) to assist the Risk and Payments Manager and Operations Manager to ensure that it runs its operations according to the mandatory requirements and standards, to create a safe experience for the player and build a reputable business.

· Familiarize yourself with specific risk management & payment processing procedures

· within the RP department to transition smoothly into the new role.

· Review documents in compliance with regulations & internal procedures.

· Ensure prompt handling of deposits & withdrawals.

· Analyze, monitor, and report any unusual transactions.

· Analyze, monitor, and report suspicious gaming activity.

· Assess and analyze potential account risks, reporting suspicious accounts as necessary.

· Handle escalations from other departments & prioritize them accordingly.

· Keep customer experience a top priority at all times.

· Perform Enhanced Due Diligence (profiling) when required.

· Be open to working on various tasks & projects as assigned ad hoc.

· Stay updated on changes in regulatory frameworks and internal policies & procedures.

· Provide insights and recommendations for improving user experience & revenue

· generation while maintaining security & compliance standards.

Requirements

· Fluent in Dutch and English.

· Relevant experience in a related area.

· Excellent team player, able to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.

· Reliable, takes initiative, and is self-motivated.

· Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Knowledge of AML considered an asset.

· Highly organized with attention to detail.

· Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and on a shift rotation basis including late shifts.

· Ready to perform calls with our players.
