As part of a young, dynamic, and passionate team in Malta

Your main role is to proactively develop a business plan to increase brand recognition. Daily tasks will involve:

  • educating, guiding and supporting prospects and new clients
  • providing Private Jet industry consulting.
  • exploring new business opportunities


Essential requirements:
• English Full working proficiency
• Minimum 2 year of sales experience as a charter broker in private aviation

Ideal skills and experiences:
• Well-spoken and well-mannered sales with experience in meeting, presenting, and pitching top notch products or services
• Strategic prospecting
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work under pressure with high motivation and a positive attitude
• A small client portfolio or a network of clients would be considered an asset.
• Experience in outbound cold calling.
